#EdTech Thought

What would I do if…

  • …I was given $1000 for education technology?

This question was posed to me by Stacey Lindes, co-host of PodcastPD.

My answer is to put tools in the hands of students and teachers to foster their creativity. Give the people a school access to podcasting and video recording equipment. Get items that let imaginations run wild and allow people to tinker and sometimes play in order to create something they believe is awesome!

Let’s put some 360-degree cameras in the hands of our students and see what they come up with. There should be more of an emphasis put on the creative process for our young learners and for our teachers and school leaders.
