Mr. Nesi goes to Alabama!
At the end of August I had the priviledge of being invited to Oxford City Schools, Alabama where I got to visit Oxford High School!
This opportunity was presented to me because I accepted an invitation from listener Adam Clark, who teaches social studies at OHS, to join a Voxer group with his colleagues to coach them in their pursuit of creating podcasts.
My visit was a surprise, up until the day before, and I have to thank Khristie Goodwin, Curriculum Coordinator, for reaching out to me and giving me the opportunity to speak with these great educators in person and to also meet with and speak with OHS students about the power of creation.
Make sure you connect with the following awesome educators from Oxford High School:
- Cade Somers, English
- Michelle Shelton, English
- Theresa Shadrix, Industrial Arts
- Krista Mintz, Math & Computer Science
- Holley Harmon, English
