How To Live Stream ANY School Event - HoET156
Sharing how to use StreamYard to live stream!
#EdTech Thought
For the duration of the 2019-2020 school year I am asking my students to create content around their own lives and experiences during this COVID-19 period. All school year they’ve worked with primary source documents and now they have been tasked with creating primary sources in the form of YouTube videos, written blogs, or audio podcasts.

StreamYard.com is an awesome website that I’ve been talking about a lot in 2020. StreamYard makes it stupid easy to live stream video to a variety of platforms. I even live-streamed the recording of this episode (watch above) to demonstrate the many features to get you started live streaming your school’s events.
In the episode I talked about:
- Live Stream Ideas
- How StreamYard works
- Free vs Paid Features
- Using Multiple Cameras
- Screen Sharing
